The IBCLC credential is the highest certification and the only internationally recognized credential in the field of lactation. Karissa has worked with thousands of Families and collaborates closely with their providers to create an effective and cohesive lactation plan. She also has extensive experience as a former Birth Doula and Lamaze Childbirth Educator. She has attended births and taught in birth center and hospital settings. Payment is required to reserve a consultation. An invoice will be sent after the consult, which can be used to request reimbursement from your insurance provider.
In person consults often require travel, require prep time, and usually last longer. These considerations on factored into the cost of the consult.
