Cancellation Fees
Life happens—please call Karissa ASAP to reschedule your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a €50 fee, and same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full consultation fee. If you’ve prepaid, the fee will be deducted from your balance. You’ll be responsible for any balance difference when rescheduling. Refunds are only available for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance.

Every IBCLC lactation consultant is legally required to be registered with an external dispute resolution body, where you as a client can submit your complaint.
