You're pregnant! Now what? Karissa has experience as a former Childbirth Doula CD(DONA), Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator LCCE, and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, IBCLC. She is able to walk you through how to be prepare for the perinatal period. Karissa offers initial exploratory and follow up sessions that are approximately 45-60 minutes long. Summary notes are sent to clients to recap conversations and share suggested research and reading links. (Only available to US and Canadian Clients)
